Careers

At DECJUBA we are on a mission to become one of Australia’s most responsible fashion labels - as it should be.

Established in 2021, the DECJUBA Sustainability Strategy focuses on five pillars: our product, our partners, our promise, our planet, and our people. Through our DECJUBA Sustainability Roadmap and Targets, a five year plan was established to ensure we remain accountable to our sustainability goals.

We recognise that there is no quick fix to making a positive impact which means being transparent about where we are at. The success of this roadmap will only occur through continuous improvement and innovation to ensure we deliver #AMAZING at every touch point.

Connect With Us

DECJUBA respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and gather. We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation where our support office is based, and the Traditional Custodians of the lands across this nation where our DECJUBA stores are located. We recognise their continuing connections to lands, waters and cultures. We pay our respects to Elders, both past and present. We also extend that respect to all our First Nations team members.
