Returns Policy

For any reason you are not quite satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of purchase.We just ask that all products are unworn, in new condition with swing tags attached, and any packaging included.

For full price items or items on a limited-time promotion – the product can be returned online or in store for a full refund.We can offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit at any DECJUBA store.

For sale items – while we do not offer returns, we are happy for you to pop in store for an exchange or store credit.

In store and Click & Collect purchases can only be returned or exchanged in store.

To return your online order, make sure it meets our returns policy conditions, then lodge through our Refundid returns portal. A $8.00 return fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
