Careers

IN 2008, OWNER & CEO TANIA AUSTIN RELAUNCHED DECJUBA WITH A CLEAR MISSION - TO DELIVER #AMAZING AT EVERY TOUCHPOINT.

Today, DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing our footprint from 5 stores to over 140 stores and two online sites.

Over the past twelve years, DECJUBA has significantly expanded its product offering and launched two additional brands - D-LUXE Basics in 2016 and DECJUBA Kids in 2017.

DECJUBA has since gone on to establish #AMAZING well beyond fashion.

Our #DREAMTEAM is predominantly female led, with over 1400 team members across our stores and head office.

Through the culmination of years of philanthropic work, in 2021 the DECJUBA Foundation was established - inspired by the belief that everyone deserves #AMAZING. By 2025, the DECJUBA Foundation will work towards positively impacting over 25 million lives.

In 2022, DECJUBA also launched our Sustainability Strategy with a mission to become one of Australia’s most responsible fashion labels.

AT DECJUBA WE ARE DRIVEN TO DELIVER #AMAZING. WITH A BROAD PRODUCT OFFERING ACROSS OUR THREE BRANDS AND A DRIVE TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE BEST, DECJUBA IS YOUR GO-TO DESTINATION FOR FASHION TO MAKE YOU LOOK AND FEEL #AMAZING.
