Gift Cards

E-gift cards purchased online will be sent to the nominated email address upon completion of your transaction.

e-Gift Cards

E-gift cards can be redeemed online and in any store in the country of purchase (for example, gift cards purchased in AUD can only be redeemed in Australia and on decjuba.com.au, not in New Zealand or on decjuba.co.nz, and vice versa).

To redeem an e-Gift card online, enter in the e-Gift Card number & secure pin at the payment step of checkout to complete your purchase.

To redeem an e-Gift card in-store, please present the e-Gift card number & secure pin when prompted by our store team at the counter when finalising your purchase.

Physical Gift Cards

Physical gift cards can only be purchased in-store.

Physical gift cards can be redeemed online and in any store in the country of purchase.

If you are in New Zealand and would like to purchase physical gift cards, please visit your closest DECJUBA store.

**Please note, any gift cards in circulation without a security PIN, can only be redeemed in a physical DECJUBA store and cannot be redeemed online. These terms and conditions of use are printed on the back of the physical gift card as a reminder.**


Can I use an e-Gift card in store?

All gift cards (with a PIN number) and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed online as well as in any Australian store.

If you have an e-gift card, simply present the e-Gift card email on your phone to the team, or you are welcome to print the voucher for the team to process.

Any remaining balances after redemption will be retained on the gift card. If a purchase amount exceeds the card balance, an alternate payment method is required to complete the balance owed.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, at the expiration date any unused balances will not be refunded or credited. DECJUBA will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged e-Gift Cards.

Credit Notes

Credit notes are issued when merchandised is returned In-store, should it meet our returns criteria.

These can only be used In-store and are valid for three years from date of issue. Please note, credit notes can not be redeemed online.

Credit notes must be presented at the time of redemption. Items purchased with a credit note are not valid for exchange or refund. Credit notes must be treated as cash and if lost or stolen they cannot be reissued.


Can I use a Credit Note online?

Unfortunately our website is unable to accept Credit Notes, these are redeemable only in DECJUBA stores.
