FREE standard shipping on all orders over $80
- $10.90 standard shipping for all orders under $80

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number. We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.

Returns Made Easy

We hope you enjoy your order. In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at Decjuba & D-Luxe.

Online Purchases - Conditions of Return

ONLINE PURCHASES

All online purchases can either be returned online or in your closest store within 14 days of purchase to your original payment method. Provided:
• Products were purchased at original retail price
• Products are returned unworn, undamaged, and in with original tags
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on:
• Sale items - however will happily provide an exchange for an alternate size or colour.
• Jewellery, swimwear, and bodysuits - due to hygiene reasons.

We are unable to process refunds instore for purchases made online using Afterpay, however will happily offer an exchange for an alternate colour/size.

To make a return, please complete your returns form and either visit your local store or return to our online store. All online returns should be posted to:

• We highly recommend you keep your return tracking ID for proof of delivery.
• Please allow up to seven business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been completed.
• Please note, we are not responsible for merchandise returned to our online store that is lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred, excluding the return of faulty stock.
• We are unable to refund postage if postage was paid for the original delivery.

PURCHASES FROM THE ICONIC:

All purchases made through The Iconic must be directly returned through The Iconic Returns Portal, we will not accept any returns to our store or warehouse.

Returning Online Purchases Instore

We offer you the opportunity to return your order in store.
• Please return DECJUBA & D-LUXE items to any DECJUBA store and DECJUBA Kids items to any DECJUBA Kids store.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for any purchase made using our Buy Now, Pay Later Payment methods - AFTERPAY, ZIPPAYor KLARNA. We do offer an exchange for colour and/or size.
Please Note - We do not accept returns on any SALE items, Jewellery, swimwear, and bodysuits

Instore Purchases - Refunds

You are able return your item in store and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• Items must be returned within 7 days or purchasing in store or 14 days for any online purchase. You must provide proof of purchase.
Please Note - We do not accept returns on any SALE items.
• Item(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for any purchase made using our Buy Now, Pay Later Payment methods - AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY. We do offer an exchange for colour and/or size.

Instore Purchases - Exchanges

You are able to exchange your item in store or receive a credit note.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchasing in store or receiving your order online.
• You must provide proof of purchase.
Please Note - We do not accept returns on any SALE items. We will be happy to assist on a size exchange on a sale item.
• Item(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.
