Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number. We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.If you have any further questions, our dedicated Customer Service Team are here for you. - All return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached.
- All items must be tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

Online Purchases - Conditions of Return
• The item(s) are returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order.• Item(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.• Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.• For all swimwear customers must try on items wearing underwear. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.• Please Note - We do not accept returns on any SALE items, jewellery or bodysuits.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can receive a refund to your original payment method in store for purchases made online.• You must provide proof of purchase.• Please return DECJUBA & D-LUXE items to any DECJUBA store and DECJUBA Kids items to any DECJUBA Kids store.• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for any purchase made using our Buy Now, Pay Later Payment methods - AFTERPAY, ZIPPAY or KLARNA. We do offer an exchange for colour and/or size.

IN STORE PURCHASES- REFUNDS
Within 14 days of purchase, you can receive a refund to your original payment method in store for purchases made from any full price DECJUBA store.

- Sale items, however, we will happily provide an exchange for an alternate size or colour within 14 days.
- Jewellery and bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.
In store Purchases - Exchanges
