We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods, weekends & public holidays there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes therefor recommend providing a suitable daytime address where someone is available to sign for your order delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided and your order will be taken to the closest post office or agency for collection.

$10.90 PBT Couriers, delivery within approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch for North Island, and 2-3 business days for South Island.

Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural deliveries depending on location.
