I started my adventure with Decjuba in 2012 as a casual retail assistant in the Newmarket store. Within a 2 year timeframe I progressed from Part time to Store Manager.
When the opportunity to lead the New Zealand team as their Regional Visual Merchandiser became available I had to go for it! What I love most about Decjuba is that they walk the talk and believe in the potential of their people. As a leader my biggest satisfaction is empowering my managers to be fearless in their pursuit for developing VM skills and filtering that down to their team.

Joined Team DECJUBA in April 2017

I joined the DECJUBA team in April 2017 as Store Manager in Milford, Auckland. Within a few months I was asked to open the new store in Takapuna North Shore, which was a great experience. In March 2018 I was promoted to Manager of our flagship store in Westfield St Lukes.
This year I’m off to LA, as I won this trip of a lifetime as part of a competition which was held over Christmas 2017. I love how DECJUBA empowers everyone, not only those who work here but customer's as well.
