ONLINE REFUNDS IN STORE
Unfortunately, we cannot refund an online purchase in store. All online orders must be returned to the online returns address below (under online returns via post). We accept sale items for exchange of colour or size of the same style, if available.
ONLINE REFUNDS BY POST
Simply send your online purchase to the address below (under online returns via post) and allow seven business days for it to be processed. Sale items cannot be refunded and will be returned to the consumer at their own expense.
ONLINE EXCHANGES IN STORE
Items can be exchanged in any DECJUBA store for a credit note or a new item. Afterpay orders can only be exchanged in store for size or colour of the same style.
ONLINE EXCHANGES BY POST
Simply send your online purchase along with the exchange form to the address below (under online returns via post) & allow 7 business days for processing.
AFTERPAY REFUNDS IN STORE
DECJUBA stores cannot process refunds for online purchases made using Afterpay & must be returned to our Online Store via Post.
AFTERPAY EXCHANGES IN STORE
Afterpay orders can only be exchanged in New Zealand DECJUBA stores for size and colour of the same style, if available.
FAULTY ITEMS
Oops. Occasionally a faulty item makes its way into our amazing range. Don't worry, you can return a faulty item in-store or via post at any time for a REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
Terms & Conditions
Credit Notes
DECJUBA stores are unable to provide refunds for online purchases. Exchanges and Credit Notes are available.

Credit Notes can only be used in store and are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Credit note must be presented at the time of redemption. Items purchased with credit note are not valid for exchange or refund. Credit notes must be treated as cash and if lost or stolen they cannot be reissued.
ONLINE RETURNS VIA POST
To return merchandise purchased online via post, please download and completed an online return form noting the details of your return request and send this back with your merchandise.

Merchandise purchased from our Australian website must be returned via post to Australia. Please click here for our Australian return process.

Please allow up to five business days from the day your return is received by our online store for it to be processed. You will be notified via email as soon your return has been completed.

We do our best to facilitate all exchange requests, however if the requested size or style is unavailable online at the time of processing your return please understand we will not be able to fullfil your request.

All refunds are processed through a secure payment gateway and onto the payment type that was used for the original purchase.

Merchandise purchased from our Australian website must be returned via post to Australia.
ONLINE RETURNS VIA STORE
Upon presentation of your order confirmation, you are welcome to return merchandise purchased from our New Zealand website with the exclusion of online exclusives for an exchange or in store credit note in any full price store in New Zealand, given the online return requirements have been met.

DECJUBA stores are unable to provide refunds for online purchases. In store credit notes are valid for six months, are only valid in store and are not able be redeemed online. DECJUBA women’s stores are unable to accept the return or exchange of DECJUBA Kids merchandise purchased via our website. DECJUBA KIDS merchandise purchased from our New Zealand website must be returned to our New Zealand online returns address for a refund or exchange, given the online return requirements have been met.

Merchandise purchased from our Australian website must be returned via post to Australia.

DECJUBA stores are unable to process any refund requests for orders made online using Afterpay. Afterpay orders can only be exchanged in store for a size swap of the same style and colour only.
ONLINE RETURN POSTAGE
If you need to return merchandise purchased online via post, we recommend posting using a tracked service to ensure it is received in a timely and secure manner.

Merchandise being returned to our online store must meet the online return requirements and be packaged appropriately.

We are not responsible for merchandise returned to our online store that is lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred, excluding the return of faulty stock.

We are unable to refund postage if postage was paid for the original delivery.
PAYPAL FREE RETURN POSTAGE
PayPal will refund your return shipping costs on eligible purchases with PayPal Refunded Returns. This service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have used PayPal to pay for their online order and registered for it on the PayPal website.
