Items purchased in DECJUBA stores cannot be refunded. If you change your mind you & given the return requirements have been met are able exchange the item or receive a store credit.

Items purchased in DECJUBA stores can be exchanged in store if you change your mind & given the return requirements have been met. Credit notes are also available.
AFTERPAY REFUNDS IN STORE
DECJUBA stores cannot process refundsfor online purchases made using Afterpay & must be returned to our Online Store via Post.
AFTERPAY EXCHANGES IN STORE
Afterpay orders can only be exchanged in DECJUBA stores for a size swap of the same style and the same colour.
FAULTY ITEMS
Oops. Occasionally a faulty item makes its way into our amazing range. Don't worry, you can return a faulty item in-store or via post at any time for a REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

CREDIT NOTES
DECJUBA stores are unable to provide refunds for online purchases. Exchanges and Credit Notes are available.
Credit Notes can only be used in store and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Credit note must be presented at the time of redemption. Items purchased with credit note are not valid for exchange or refund. Credit notes must be treated as cash and if lost or stolen they cannot be reissued.
